  •  1 red onion finely chopped

  • 1 tomato. diced

  • 1 jalepeno minced

  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Cook the Shrimp: Boil a pot of water. Once it's boiling, add the shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque. Add shrimp to a bowl. Once cooled, drain and chop the shrimp into bite-sized pieces.
